Job summary

Chadwick Nott Legal Recruitment is assisting a prestigious mid-sized City law firm with a robust construction disputes practice. They seek a solicitor with 2-4 PQE to join a large, highly ranked team.

You will handle high-value disputes across TCC litigation, arbitration, and UK adjudications, with opportunities to work on fire safety, cladding, insolvency, and related claims, in a collaborative, low chargeable-hour environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 PQE England & Wales or Commonwealth qualified.
• Minimum 2 years contentious construction experience in a well recognised UK law firm.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-value construction disputes across TCC litigation, arbitration, UK adjudications, and mediation.
• Advise on fire safety, cladding issues, and related compliance.
• Handle construction insolvency matters and bond/quality of build claims.
• Manage delay claims and related disputes for clients.
