Job summary

A leading creative production studio is seeking a Design & Post Producer to oversee post-production and design for major accounts in Elstree. The ideal candidate will manage workflows, supervise designers, and ensure high-quality asset delivery. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in production or design, with strong organizational and project management skills. The role offers a hybrid work model with 4 days in-office and 1 potential day WFH.

Content Producer - Post-Production & Design

Location: Elstree (Hybrid - 4 days in office)
Salary: £40,000
Start Date: January 2026 (option to begin a few days in December)

A leading creative production studio is seeking a Design & Post Producer to oversee post-production and design delivery across major accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced post environment and enjoys balancing creative oversight with hands-on project management.

The Role
  • Manage design and post-production workflows across a variety of deliverables.
  • Oversee delivery of creative assets including:
    • Digital OOH
    • Brochures
    • Marketing collateral
  • Supervise designers and ensure high-quality design output.
  • Maintain timelines, manage feedback rounds and ensure work is delivered accurately to spec.
  • Collaborate closely with post teams and designers to maintain high standards.
  • Liaise with shooting producers when required (this role is not shoot-focused).
About You
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in production, post-production or design.
  • Strong understanding of design processes and post-production workflows.
  • Not suitable for candidates looking for shoot production roles (limited travel/on-set work).
  • If coming from a design-heavy background, must demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for production and managing post workflows.
  • Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working under pressure.
  • Ambitious and keen to grow within a large, high-performing production environment.
Working Model
  • Elstree-based office, 4 days per week
  • Potential 1 day WFH for post team depending on scheduling
  • Start date January 2026 (with optional December onboarding days)
