What started as a small podcast interviewing tech operators has gotten a little out of hand. Now, we produce videos that hit hundreds of thousands of views, podcasts that shape industry narrative, and content that bleeds influence across the built world.
We’re building the biggest media platform that exists in this space and we’re looking for someone who wants to help us get there.

- You are comfortable with your own skill set. - we expect continuous self and skill refinement and improvement
- You can’t switch context fast - one hour we’re reviewing retention metrics, next we’re planning newsletter content
- You use LLM’s for more than 10% of your work
- You’re sensitive to feedback. We debate hard and move quick. Candid feedback is our love language.

What You’ll Do
- Own and execute our content strategy across YouTube, LinkedIn, podcasts, and newsletters.
- Track, test, and optimise performance - double down on what works, cut what doesn’t.
- Spot trends early and translate them into strategy.
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and freelancers to execute at speed and quality.
- Produce and oversee content: short-form and long form videos, thumbnails, posts, and newsletters.
- Coordinate content pipelines.
- Report on metrics e.g. subs, followers, engagement, and drive measurable growth.
- Build processes that scale into a future content team.
Required Skills
- Deep platform literacy - YouTube, LinkedIn, newsletters, and emerging channels (TikTok, Instagram Reels).
- Analytical fluency - Able to interpret data (CTR, AVD, retention, engagement) and act on it.
- Creative copywriting & storytelling - Hooks, titles, scripts, captions, and narrative arcs that convert attention into followers.
- An eye for design - Understand fundamental design principle and brand guidelines to help direct and produce graphical elements.
- Basic video editing knowledge - Enough to brief, review, and optimise editor output for pacing and retention.
- Project management - Able to juggle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and freelancers without dropping a ball.
- Content optimisation - Understanding of SEO, thumbnails, titles, hashtags, and trend timing.
- Tool stack familiarity - Notion, Google Workspace, analytics dashboards, and scheduling tools (Later, Metricool, etc).
- Strong communication - Candid, clear, direct; you can give and take feedback fast.
- Grit and autonomy - You can operate solo in ambiguity, find answers, and ship results.
You’ll Thrive If You
- Have 3–6 years’ experience in content marketing, growth, or media production.
- Understand storytelling, hooks, and algorithms.
- Are comfortable writing, editing, scripting, and briefing others.
- Are relentlessly curious about AEC, innovation, and how media shapes markets.
- Learn fast, think faster, and can handle both creative chaos and analytical rigour.
