I’m hiring a Content Manager / Creative Director to build and scale a high-performing content ecosystem across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This is not a traditional social media manager role. This is for someone who understands YouTube, storytelling, digital strategy, brand building, and long-form/short-form content structure. You’ll work closely with an existing video team that films multiple times per week, and you’ll have full access to equipment and resources. Your role is to bring direction, clarity, and structure to the entire content machine — and you can do this without being office-based.
