Job Description

I’m hiring a Content Manager / Creative Director to build and scale a high-performing content ecosystem across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This is not a traditional social media manager role. This is for someone who understands YouTube, storytelling, digital strategy, brand building, and long-form/short-form content structure. You’ll work closely with an existing video team that films multiple times per week, and you’ll have full access to equipment and resources. Your role is to bring direction, clarity, and structure to the entire content machine — and you can do this without being office-based.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Building and managing the full content calendar across all platforms
  • Developing creative concepts for YouTube videos, short-form content, series, and campaigns
  • Directing story flow, narrative arcs, and high-impact rollout strategies
  • Turning brand vision into organised, repeatable content systems
  • Reviewing analytics and using them to refine strategy
Production Coordination
  • Working with an in-house videography team (already filming several times per week)
  • Planning shoot days, topics, hooks, and content flow remotely or in person
  • Ensuring footage is organised around weekly content priorities
  • Maintaining a consistent upload schedule across all platforms
Creative Oversight
  • Creating outlines, storyboards, scripts, and content frameworks
  • Shaping tone, messaging, and brand positioning
  • Staying on top of trends, competitor analysis, and new opportunities
Optional but Valuable
  • Editing experience (not required, but a strong bonus)
  • Ability to create rough cuts or guide editors

  • Proven understanding of YouTube growth, social media trends, storytelling, and audience psychology
  • Experience in content planning, creative direction, or digital strategy
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to bring structure to fast-moving environments

  • Comfortable working remotely, with flexibility to attend major shoots or strategy sessions when needed
