Content Manager – Embassy of Beauty

About the Role:
This role is ideal for a creative storyteller with a sharp editorial eye and an in-depth understanding of luxury beauty. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling brand copy and content strategies that engage our audience, drive sales, and strengthen our reputation for expertise and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Copywriting
- Write and edit all brand copy, including product descriptions, newsletters, email campaigns and social media content
- Produce educational and promotional material to communicate product benefits, skincare technologies and treatments
- Maintain and evolve Embassy of Beauty’s tone of voice across all digital platforms
Content Strategy & Ideation
- Develop original content ideas to align with brand and commercial goals
- Plan themes, messaging approaches and campaign storylines across digital and social channels
- Identify content opportunities in line with upcoming launches and seasonal activity.
- Research market trends, competitor activity and wider insights to inform creative direction of marketing content
Campaign & Calendar Management
- Collaborate with e-commerce, graphics and operations teams to produce content to deadline and quality standards
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring alignment with launches, events and promotions
- Ensure all content supports business objectives and reflects luxury positioning
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Copywriter or Content Manager within luxury beauty, skincare or a related field
- Exceptional written English with a refined, engaging editorial tone
- Experience creating and developing commercial content for social media platforms
- Understanding of e-commerce and email marketing tools (Klaviyo experience desirable)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative, proactive and comfortable in a small, agile team
- Knowledge of skincare, treatments and luxury retail highly desirable
