Job description

Our client is looking for a Content/Training Manager for one of our clients on a six month initial contract, working hybrid out of their site in Leamington/Gaydon. This role is Inside IR35.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions and part of the information cyber security training program.
• Create a series of personas to identify knowledge gaps and provide targeted training to improve cyber awareness and compliance with KPIs.
• Support the production of phishing exercise metrics.
• Support Annual creation and delivery of e-learning training material for office and manufacturing colleagues globally.
• Design & development of the IC SharePoint site for better user experience.
• Support for the annual Behavioral awareness programs (Cyber Week).
• Development of video training content and employee guidance.
