A leading marketing agency in the UK is seeking a Content Manager to lead a talented team and oversee diverse content delivery for major brands. The role involves transforming strategies into engaging content, mentoring team members, and owning the client relationship. Ideal candidates will have over 4 years of experience in content management, a flair for writing, and familiarity with tools like Asana and Airtable. This hybrid role promises dynamic work in a growth-oriented environment.
You've got that rare mix; creative flair with a strategic mindset and a knack for getting things done. You know how to take a brief and turn it into content that makes people stop scrolling, start reading, and actually care. If that sounds like your kind of thing, read on because we're looking for a Content Manager to help bring brilliant ideas to life for some of the biggest names across the food & drink industry. You'll be leading day-to-day content delivery, guiding a small but mighty team, and collaborating with strategists, designers and performance pros to make sure everything created doesn't just look good, but resonates. This is a hybrid role with three days in the office, two days remote, with travel to client shoots and events when required.
This is an incredible opportunity in a leading agency at a truly exciting time of growth. You'll have the opportunity to help shape campaigns for brands people actually talk about; join a team that values ideas, initiative and good humour as much as KPIs; collaborate with brilliant minds who’ll challenge and champion you in equal measure and you'll have space to experiment, grow and make a genuine impact.
In addition to working in a highly dynamic market with some of the best known and best loved brands as your clients, we offer a whole host of benefits including enhanced holiday entitlement, starting at 25 days and increasing with service; individual employee training budgets and development programmes; enhanced and escalating maternity and paternity leave along with a host of health & wellbeing and team/office perks.
