Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking a delivery-focused professional to join the Data and Analytics (DNA) division in a hybrid role in the United Kingdom. You’ll orchestrate complex technology, data, quantitative and AI-enabled projects, aligning delivery with client needs and firm strategy.

The role emphasizes content fluency, storytelling, and leadership across multi-disciplinary teams, with a pathway to senior leadership within DNA.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience leading a workstream or providing PMO support in technology, data, quantitative or AI-enabled projects.
• Experience leading complex technology, data or AI-enabled programmes and managing scope, risk and stakeholders.
• Ability to tell emotive, compelling stories and drive delivery with credibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery for technology, data, quantitative and AI-enabled transformation programmes.
• Provide PMO governance, planning, risk management and financial oversight.
• Coach teams and foster collaboration across consulting, engineering and client stakeholders.
• Build trust across client sponsors, Partners and engagement leaders to steer projects.
• Develop DNA's project management community and discipline.
