Job description

Working closely with the Content Manager and agency partners the Content Executive will help create optimise schedule and publish content across digital channels ensuring accuracy and brand consistency. This role is ideal for someone with 12 years experience in marketing or content who is looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced creative environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation scheduling and publishing of content across web social and digital channels.
  • Support the Content Manager and agency partners in planning and executing content calendars.
  • Help maintain and update customer persona documentation using data and insights provided by the team.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (social creative digital brand PR) to ensure timely delivery of content assets.
  • Provide day-to-day support for ambassador program activity including tracking outputs and maintaining relationships.
  • Assist with content reporting by gathering data preparing performance updates and identifying key trends.
  • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines tone of voice and editorial standards.
  • Apply SEO best practices under guidance of the Content Manager.
  • Contribute ideas for content topics formats and activations.
Qualifications
  • 12 years experience in content marketing digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong writing editing and presentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and social media platforms.
  • Comfortable using analytics tools to gather and interpret data.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
