Flock Safety in London is seeking a senior marketer to own events and content, complementing the existing Senior Marketing Manager. You will drive social strategy, content volume, video creation, and product storytelling.

The role requires hands-on writing, design skills, and the ability to coordinate seven to nine events annually, with AI tools to scale output while keeping a human touch. Hybrid work from Central London.

Qualifikationen

• Significant content creation and social media experience with measurable results.
• Portfolio of work you can share on the spot.
• Strong copywriting and communication in published work.
• Experience organizing trade shows, conferences or events.

Aufgaben

• Own social media strategy and execution for LinkedIn and content channels.
• Produce content at volume: case studies, articles, industry news, thought leadership.
• Create and edit videos with the team and publish.
• Plan and deliver seven to nine events per year with budget and leads.
• Design assets in Figma and Claude Design to agency standards.
• Work with AI daily to draft, edit, and scale content while keeping human voice.
