DesignRush, the leading B2B Marketplace connecting brands with agencies, is seeking a Content Editor with proven experience managing large teams, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and alignment on goals. The role requires excellent English communication skills and stellar organizational skills to manage website content, articles, and other written deliverables.

  • Agency Rankings: Brands can view qualified agencies based on their expertise, location, clients, and various other factors.
  • Awards: Agencies and brands can enter their finest work and compete for the best web logo, app, print, packaging, and video design awards.

Candidate must be a proactive, highly organized, independent thinker who can collaborate with various departments, communicate with team members, and assume responsibility for timely and quality output.

Goals:
  • Establish and maintain a high, non-negotiable quality bar across all DesignRush content
  • Run a fully accountable content team, where output, delivery, and performance issues are addressed proactively and consistently
  • Train the team to deliver content that drives business impact at scale, not just volume or publishing velocity
  • Create alignment and reduce friction across teams

Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience in leadership positions with a proven track record in achieving targets and goals.
  • Possesses keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, including content and technical optimization.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • A results-focused team player. We win as a team, we sink as a team.
  • Able to work between 6 a.m. and 3 p.m. ET
  • Exceptional English writing and communication skills
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the content team to ensure high-quality output, efficiency, and consistent execution.
  • Continuously improve team performance: quality, processes, guidelines, and innovation.
  • Plan and deliver weekly training.
  • Ensure clear communication across internal and external teams.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports to the General Manager.
  • Identify best practices, propose improvements, and implement content strategies.
  • Organize regular content reoptimizations and edits
  • Occasionally produce or edit content.
  • Test and implement new tools to enhance workflows.
  • Anticipate recruitment needs; recruit and onboard content specialists
  • Interview with the Recruitment team.
  • Complete a technical test.
  • Interview with the Hiring Manager(s).
  • Receive feedback.
