About the Team: Digital and Design

In today’s digital first society, the digital services we provide residents and businesses need to meet and exceed expectations of transacting in the age of the internet.

The team this role is in, supports our progress on our ambitious digital transformation, an ourDigital and Customer Experience Strategy, and the post holder will be responsible for ensuring that the digital products delivered are aligned to this.

About the Role:

As a member of the council’s digital team, you will contribute to the achievement of the Council’s digital vision, priorities and the development of the council’s positive high performing culture.

The post holder will be responsible for:

  • Creating, updating and reviewing content across Lambeth’s digital estate including the main website, ancillary sites, Digital Customer Platform, eForms and associated online applications, so that they meet the needs of internal and external customers.
  • Contributing towards user research to effectively engage with all stakeholders.
  • Working with council service areas to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and effective end to end communications campaign management.
