We're looking for a Mid-Weight Content Designer / Creator to join our growing creative team. This role goes beyond traditional graphic design: we want someone with a strong eye for innovation, capable of leveraging new tools, including AI, to produce high-quality content efficiently. The ideal candidate will help shape the brand's visual identity, bring ideas to life across campaigns and social/digital platforms, and contribute to creative direction and strategy. You'll collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns while exploring new creative approaches and tools.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in designing print and digital assets while contributing fresh, innovative ideas aligned with our brand's aesthetic.
  • Create social and digital content that brings our brand to life across campaigns and platforms.
  • Contribute to creative direction and innovation, exploring new creative approaches and ideas.
  • Support the wider creative team in developing concepts and visual storytelling for marketing and brand campaigns.
  • Adapt and produce digital and print assets across multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Research trends, tools, and audience insights to keep designs relevant, engaging, and innovative.>
  • Implement design changes and roll out assets efficiently and accurately within tight deadlines.
  • Maintain meticulous file organisation and management.
  • Collaborate effectively with other designers, copywriters, and marketing teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, producing pixel-perfect work and maintaining a commitment to quality.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • A portfolio showcasing skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital/social content.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects effectively.
  • A basic understanding of After Effects/Premiere Pro is a bonus, but not compulsory.
  • A Graphic Design qualification or similar experience.
