About Lawhive:

We’re on a mission to make sure everyone has access to the law.
Lawhive is an online platform for consumers and small businesses to get legal help for a fraction of the cost of a law firm. Our platform combines regulated human lawyers collaborating alongside the world’s first AI lawyer, specifically built for consumer legal work.

About the Role:

As a core part of our newly established Growth squad, as Content Designer you will be responsible for bringing our mission, technology and business to life through the creation of captivating digital content. You’ll collaborate across teams - notably with Product - and design content that will attract and engage business and consumer audiences, as well as the broader legal industry.

What You'll Do:

• Design and produce engaging visual content for use across socials, notably LinkedIn
• Create short-form video content, highlighting features and real-world impact of our platform
• Collaborate with Product to storyboard and deliver video walkthroughs, demos, and customer journeys
• Work alongside Marketing and Product teams to refine visual content strategy and adapt to audience trends
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand guidelines across all visual assets
• Use performance data to iterate on design, optimising for audience engagement
• Stay ahead of visual design trends, integrating innovative motion and graphic design techniques

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in graphic design, content creation, or multimedia roles
• Strong portfolio showcasing social content, motion graphics, and short video projects
• Proficiency in industry standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Final Cut, Canva)
• Passion for distilling complex concepts (like AI legal tools) into simple, compelling visual stories
• Knowledge of social media content design best practices
• Experience collaborating with Product/Tech teams to create digital experiences is highly desirable
• Excellent attention to detail and a drive to innovate
• Self-starter with strong communication and time management skills
