A leading health research organization in London seeks a Content Designer. The role involves creating and testing content for health insights programs and collaborating with teams to ensure effective communication of sensitive topics. The ideal candidate will have proven content design experience and a strong focus on usability and accessibility. This position offers flexible working arrangements and a comprehensive benefits package.
Our Future Health will be the UK's largest ever health research programme, bringing people together to develop new ways to detect, prevent, and treat diseases. Diseases like cancer, dementia, diabetes, and heart disease affect the lives of many people in our communities. Our goal is to create a world-leading resource for health research, to improve our understanding and spot the patterns of how and why common diseases start, so treatments can begin sooner and be more effective.
We're looking for a Content Designer for our Health Insights programme. Health Insights will help us to communicate with our participants, offering personalised health insights from the information they share.
Embedded in a cross-functional team, you will help to discover, define, develop and deliver the programme. This means identifying and designing content that supports our user journeys, so that people from all backgrounds can experience seamless interactions with Our Future Health.
You will also work alongside other Content Designers to advocate for content design best practice across the organisation, so that our content is consistent, cohesive, and always on-message.
The role involves working with numerous internal teams, with a particular emphasis on communications, design, product and behavioural science.
We need someone who can champion content design best principles across our public, researcher, and clinical staff experiences. That means someone who has the confidence to get involved with a wide range of content types.
Most importantly, you'll be a supreme writer who crafts clean and compelling content. You'll be comfortable working on everything from website micro-copy and web forms to infographics and articles.
Let's prevent disease together.
