  • In the UK we grew from 5,000 to ~30,000 patients, received selective NICE endorsement for our holistic approach to obesity management, and grew our team from 45 to 165.
  • Globally, grew revenue by >120% YoY, while reducing cash burned by 90% YoY and grew our valuation to >$500 M USD, with over $100 M USD raised from global investors such as BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree.

Since reaching over 60,000 patients globally through our weight management program, our goal in 2025 is to extend access to our core treatment program to over 100,000 patients, while launching into new conditions, demographics and geographies as we move towards our vision of creating a preventative healthcare ecosystem.

About the role

We’re looking for a Content Creator to transform real community moments into human, honest content that cuts through — showing what the medicated weight loss experience actually looks like.

You’ll work closely with the Community team to repurpose community content, craft stories, jump on trends aligned with our audience, and spark conversations that matter. From scrappy clips and member‑generated content to platform‑native formats, you’ll create content people want to share, save, and talk about.

What you’ll be doing
  • Creating native, scroll‑stopping short‑form video and static content using member‑generated stories and your own creative concepts — tapping into trends, formats, and moments that resonate with our audience
  • Collaborating closely with the Community team to shape ideas, themes, and creative direction that feel authentically “Juniper”
  • Using data and insights to continually refine your approach, doubling down on what performs and evolving what doesn’t
  • Reporting clearly and confidently on what’s landing — and what’s not — so we can learn, iterate, and grow
