BBC Local Radio in Salford is offering a fixed-term apprenticeship: Content Creator, 15 months, full-time, based at Salford – Quay House. You’ll learn on the job and work towards your Level 3 Content Creator apprenticeship.

As an apprentice you’ll research, write, produce and edit content across platforms, grow your storytelling and social media skills, and travel for in-person learning blocks with our learning provider.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older by September 2027.
• Must have lived in the UK continuously for the last three years.
• Be legally eligible to work full‑time in the UK for the entire apprenticeship.
• No prior learning required; transferable strengths welcomed.
• This scheme is aimed at non‑graduates; apply to similar roles if you have a degree.

Responsabilidades

• Create trusted, high‑quality content for BBC audiences.
• Grow storytelling skills through researching, writing, producing and editing content.
• Develop digital content skills for social media, selecting and editing clips.
• Spot opportunities for short clips, behind‑the‑scenes moments and talent‑led extras.
• Learn from experienced professionals and collaborate with expert teams.
