PZ Cussons in Manchester is looking for a Content Creator in Marketing on a permanent basis. You will shape how consumers experience our brands through engaging visuals, campaigns and storytelling across social, digital and print channels.

You’ll turn strategic briefs into compelling visuals, collaborate with brand teams, agencies and freelancers, and ensure every piece of content reflects quality, consistency and ambition across our European markets.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content and design work for consumer brands.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with strong brand consistency.
• Experience delivering content from concept to execution across digital, social and print.
• Able to create motion graphics and video content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Curiosity for trends and AI-powered creative tools.

As a Content Creator, you'll help bring some of our most loved consumer brands to life through creative storytelling, compelling design and standout content. Working across a portfolio of brands, you'll create visual experiences that connect with consumers at key moments, from product launches and campaigns to everyday digital interactions. This is a role where creativity and commercial impact come together, giving you the opportunity to shape how consumers experience our brands across online and offline channels. You'll collaborate with marketers, agencies and creative partners while helping ensure every piece of content reflects the quality, consistency and ambition of PZ Cussons. This is a role with real influence. You'll use insight, creativity and judgement to deliver content that drives engagement, strengthens brand awareness and supports business growth across our European markets.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Create engaging content and creative assets that bring product launches, campaigns and consumer moments to life across multiple channels.
• Turn strategic briefs into compelling visual storytelling across static, motion and video formats that capture attention and build brand connection.
• Deliver high-quality content for social media, digital commerce and brand communications, ensuring every touchpoint feels consistent and distinctive.
• Spot emerging consumer, cultural and social trends and transform them into fresh creative ideas that keep our brands relevant and engaging.
• Partner with brand teams, agencies and freelance creatives to deliver outstanding work while successfully managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Help evolve and protect the visual identity of our brands by championing creative excellence, innovation and best practice.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Experience creating content and design work for consumer brands, backed by a strong portfolio that showcases your creativity and versatility.
• Strong graphic design and content creation skills, with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
• Experience creating engaging content from concept through to execution across digital, social and print channels.
• Confidence creating motion graphics and video content, with knowledge of platform-specific best practices.
• The ability to balance multiple priorities, work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders and consistently deliver high-quality work.
• Curiosity for emerging trends and technologies, including AI-powered creative tools that enhance content creation and creative thinking.
