The role

At Royal High School Bath, we believe every story matters — and we’re looking for a creative, proactive Content Creator to help us share ours. This is your chance to take ownership of how our vibrant school community is seen and celebrated, shaping the content strategy that brings our values, successes, and events to life across digital platforms.

You will be at the heart of our storytelling: capturing the energy of school life through short‑form video, photography, and written narratives, while also driving event promotion and digital campaigns. As part of our Marketing and Admissions team, you’ll ensure our content is consistent, impactful, and aligned with the Royal High Bath brand.

You will have the opportunity to shape how our community is experienced by audiences both locally and internationally. This role is about more than producing content — it’s about capturing the spark and visual identity of the School, ensuring that every story we tell reflects the confidence, curiosity and connection at the heart of our ethos. As the architect of our content strategy, you’ll be empowered to experiment, innovate, and make a lasting impact on how families, students, and partners engage with our brand.

About you

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about marketing and sharing digital content. The successful candidate will bring a good level of graphic design skills including video, photography, graphics and written copy. With a creative mindset and a proactive approach to storytelling you will have a proven expertise in managing and delivering a content strategy.

Experience of working within an education setting is desirable, with a degree in a relevant subject, as well as willingness to undertake further training.
