A women's athleisure brand in London is looking for a Social Media Lead to create innovative content for social campaigns. TALA, known for activewear that keeps up with busy lifestyles, has been on a rocket ship since its founding in 2019 by entrepreneur Grace Beverley. Built on largely organic socials, today we are a digital-first, multichannel women's athleisure brand with a multi-faceted growth and retention strategy, trading on impressive numbers. TALA recently opened a 2,000-square-foot, double-fronted Store on London's iconic Carnaby Street as part of our ambitious growth strategy, backed by a recent funding round.
Reporting to the Brand Director and working side by side with the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring TALA's social content is best in class - from concept to capture to post-production. You will focus on working collaboratively with our in-house social and creative teams, ensuring each campaign's overall visual direction and aesthetic is social-first. Alongside this, you will capture and edit captivating and on-brand content for our social channels with a creative, strategic and trend-led mindset.
This role has 2 direct reports: a Content Creator and Junior Content Creator.
