Revolution is seeking a Content & Campaign Executive to support the Performance Marketing team. You will create content across digital channels, support campaigns across client accounts, and help deliver growth-driven results with a focus on pipeline and revenue.

We are looking for a Content & Campaign Executive to support the Performance Marketing team at Revolution. This is an integral role within the business, focused on delivering high-quality, growth-driven campaign content across a range of digital channels.
You will work across multiple client accounts and support our specialists in Paid Media, Content, SEO, ABM, and Data; combining strategy, creativity, and commercial thinking to create content that delivers impact. This isn’t about vanity metrics. It’s aboutreal pipeline. Real revenue. Real results.
You will have a solid understanding of marketing channels and how they work together to support commercial objectives. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering content across client accounts and will be comfortable supporting the implementation of content-led campaigns across multiple platforms and touchpoints.
You are results-focused, highly organised, and confident managing your own workload. You bring attention to detail, strong written communication skills, and a proactive mindset to everything you do.

The interview process consists of two stages.
Stage one is a 30-minute Google Meet call, giving us the opportunity to get to know you and for you to understand whether the role and agency are a good fit.
Stage two involves completing a short task based on your experience. You will present this during a face-to-face interview at our head office, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and discuss the role in more detail.
