A technology-first payments company is seeking a highly creative Content & Brand Lead to shape how it communicates with the world.

The company’s intelligent, global orchestration platform connects to acquirers and payment providers worldwide, empowering iGaming businesses to optimise payments and elevate the player experience.

With deep in-house payments and gaming expertise, this fast-growing fintech has quickly built a reputation as a leading payment technology provider.

What you’ll be doing – Content and Brand
  • Define briefs and create high‑quality content across formats: blogs, thought leadership, whitepapers, case studies, video scripts, one‑pagers, and landing page copy.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director on the annual PR plan; build media relationships to support long‑term coverage.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned to campaign themes, SEO priorities, PR, and product launches — balancing high‑impact hero content with keyword‑rich evergreen content.
  • Take ownership of social media channels, delivering insightful content that drives engagement and audience growth.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the website — mapping the user journey, refreshing content, expanding potential, and ensuring SEO optimisation.
  • Work with Sales and Product to turn insights into valuable use cases and real‑life problem‑solution stories.
  • Evolve and enforce tone of voice, style, and messaging frameworks across all touchpoints.
  • Support product marketing with compelling messaging for features, launches, and integrations.
  • Partner with the Marketing Manager to deliver content for lead and demand generation campaigns.
  • Support the Marketing Director on Partner GTM initiatives (e.g. “Meet the Partner” content series, interviews, podcasts, videos).
  • Report on content engagement metrics and SEO performance; monitor trends, relevant news, and best practices.
  • Support event presence with content for speaking abstracts, signage, and follow‑up.
What we’re looking for
  • 2+ years in B2B content or editorial/journalist roles, ideally in payments,
  • A relevant marketing degree or equivalent.
  • Native‑level English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities across long‑ and short‑form content.
  • Highly creative, with the ability to generate original, campaign‑aligned ideas.
  • Proven experience developing and applying brand guidelines across multiple channels.
  • Confident working cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, and Design in a fast‑moving scale‑up.
  • SEO knowledge to support digital journey mapping and website UX.
  • Strong understanding of payments, PSPs, or payment orchestration.
