Job description

We’re looking for a hands-on Content and Social Lead to help shape how our brand shows up across every channel. This is a brand new role. You’ll be responsible for writing copy that feels warm, clear, and intentional - whether it’s a product launch email, a BTS Instagram story, or a homepage headline. You’ll also manage our social media presence day-to-day, working closely with our photographer and graphic designer to build out content that’s both beautiful and useful.

This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, understands the rhythm of social, and can move between strategy and execution with ease. You’ll work alongside our Marketing Lead to set the content calendar, bring campaigns to life, and ensure every touchpoint reflects our values.

What you’ll do

  • Write copy across web, email, ads, and social - always with clarity, warmth, and purpose
  • Manage our social media channels, including planning, posting, and community engagement
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content in real time (phone-shot, not polished), bringing our process and people to life
  • Collaborate with our photographer and graphic designer to build out visual content
  • Support campaign planning and content calendar development with the Marketing Lead
  • Help shape our tone of voice and ensure consistency across platforms
  • Stay close to what’s working - reporting on engagement and spotting opportunities to evolve

What you’ll bring

  • Proven copywriting skills across formats, with a feel for brand tone and customer mindset
  • Experience managing social media channels for a brand, ideally in lifestyle, fashion, or design
  • A proactive, collaborative approach - you love working with creatives and jumping in where needed
  • Confidence capturing informal content on the go (BTS, studio moments, team stories)
  • A sharp eye for detail and a deep respect for brand integrity
  • Bonus: experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or Gorgias

This is a hands-on role with room to grow. You’ll be part of a small, values-led team that cares deeply about quality, connection, and purpose. If you’re excited to help shape how our brand speaks and shows up in the world, we’d love to hear from you.

What We Offer

  • Flexible work hours (core studio hours between 10am and 3pm)
  • 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays (28 days total)
  • Generous product allowance and discounts
  • NEST pension scheme
  • Ongoing training and development
  • Healthy Workplace pledge with annual health checks
  • Ride Share scheme
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Monthly personal budget to spend at one of the cafés on site
  • Eye care vouchers
  • Weekly team lunch
  • Regular team socials
  • Paid volunteering
  • And more…
