Content & Brand Creative Lead 📍 Nottingham, NG7 2UG (Full Time)

Are you a talented creative lead who loves creating visuals that communicate ideas simply and effectively? I am looking for a Media & Brand Creative Lead to join a growing marketing team that’s serious about building brand confidence and making an impact.

They are a UK-based family owed group of specialist in mechanical and electrical (M&E) fixings and support systems, helping customers deliver safer, better-built projects through quality products, technical insight, and trusted expertise.

You’ll be at the heart of the marketing function, leading the creation and delivery of all visual and multimedia content that represents the brand. You’ll be responsible for ensuring everything that carries the company name looks consistent, professional, and engaging.

This role is perfect for a designer who wants broader responsibility more than “just graphics”, who is naturally curious and enjoys learning how technical ideas can be communicated visually and clearly.

What You’ll Do...
  • Design and produce on‑brand materials for digital, print, and events, including graphics, templates, brochures, presentations, and social media content.
  • Lead the creative production process across graphics, video, and photography.
  • Manage a small network of trusted external creatives (like videographers or animators) to deliver specialist work when needed.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Communications Lead to bring written messages to life visually.
  • Uphold the highest visual standards and ensure consistency of style and visual identity across all channels.
What We’re Looking For...
  • Proven experience in graphic design or visual communications
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) or equivalent design tools.
  • A strong eye for layout, colour, and detail, with a good understanding of visual hierarchy and typography.
  • Experience creating content for multiple channels (digital, print, and video).
  • Experience working with external partners or managing creative suppliers.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solution‑focused approach.
  • Photography or video‑editing experience is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Experience within a construction or technical industry is desirable but not essential.
