Job summary

People Solutions are currently recruiting for Container Unloaders to join our client based in Crick, Northamptonshire. This role offers ongoing work with excellent hourly rates and shift options including AM, PM and Night shifts.

Load and unload containers, perform heavy lifting, and support goods-in operations while maintaining safety. Training is provided and weekly pay is available.

Qualifications

• A basic level of spoken and written English.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A good level of physical fitness due to regular heavy lifting and manual handling duties.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipping containers and vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Heavy lifting and manual handling of stock throughout your shift.
• Support goods-in operations and unloading deliveries.
• Move products to designated warehouse locations.
• Wrap, label and prepare pallets for storage or dispatch.
• Assist with stock control and inventory checks.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company standards.
