Job summary

People Solutions are currently recruiting for Container Unloaders to join our client in Crick, Northamptonshire. This hands-on role involves loading/unloading, heavy lifting, and supporting goods-in operations in a busy warehouse environment.

Shifts include PM and NTs with competitive hourly rates and ongoing work. Immediate starts available with weekly pay and on-site parking. Prior experience as a Warehouse Operative or Loader is beneficial.

Qualifications

• A basic level of spoken and written English.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Good level of physical fitness due to regular heavy lifting.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading shipping containers and vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Heavy lifting and manual handling of stock and materials.
• Supporting goods-in operations and unloading deliveries.
• Moving products to designated warehouse locations.
• Wrapping, labelling, and preparing pallets for storage or dispatch.
• Assisting with stock control and inventory checks.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
• Following all Health & Safety procedures and company standards.

Container Unloader - Heavy Lifting - Crick, Northamptonshire

People Solutions are currently recruiting for Container Unloaders to join our well-established client based in Crick, Northamptonshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, Monday to Friday or Sunday Thursday working, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities to develop within a busy warehouse environment.

This role would suit candidates with experience as a Container Unloader, Warehouse Operative, Warehouse Loader, Loader & Unloader, Goods In Operative, Warehouse Assistant, Parcel Sorter, or Loading Bay Operative.

Shifts

• PM: Monday to Friday 14:00 - 22:00


• NTs: Sunday to Thursday 22:00 - 06:00

Rates of Pay

• PM £14.38 per hour


• NTs £15.70 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties
