Job summary

Onepeterson is seeking a CCU Controller in Aberdeen to manage day-to-day operations in the CCU Department. You will track container movements in the Contain system and prepare regular reports for clients and suppliers, while collaborating with internal teams to prepare invoices and support risk assessments and work instructions.

The ideal candidate will have strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel at an intermediate to advanced level, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a customer

Qualifications

• Experience in MS Office applications with working knowledge of Excel (intermediate to advanced).
• Experience in a fast paced and demanding environment.
• Strong focus on customer service and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Track movement of containers using the Contain system.
• Create weekly and monthly reports for clients and suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to prepare invoices and assist with risk assessments and work instructions.
