Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Transport Planner is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate container movements with suppliers, ports, terminals and transport teams.
• Relay information to Customer Service and Transport Teams via email and phone.
• Optimize routing for cost-effective container movements.
• Coordinate with ports and terminals to ensure timely movements.
• Record revenue and costs accurately for movements.
• Adhere to internal and external cut-off times.
• Liaise with the wider team for efficient transport planning.
• Monitor and manage transport requirements for smooth operations.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
