📍 Based remotely with 2 days travel to our London, Sheffield or Lincoln office every month (travel and accommodation paid by us of course)

📅 Start Date - Either Tuesday 13th January or Tuesday 20th January

🏢 Candidates who reach the final stage will be invited to attend an in-person assessment day at our London office. Travel expenses will be covered. Assessment days will take place on Wednesday 10 December. (Potential for Monday 15 December, or Thursday 18 December)

The Opportunity:
  • Provide clear direction, guidance, and support to a team of 8-12 Referencing members, fostering a positive and highly productive work environment.
  • Take full ownership of your team's daily performance and output, proactively identifying and addressing any blockers or challenges.
  • Performance management, quality assurance and continuous improvement to ensure all team members are performing as well as processes are fit for purpose.
What we need from you:
  • A natural leader with a proven ability to motivate, inspire, and develop others - you must have experience of managing a team of 8+ people
  • Ability to be an independent thinker who isn't afraid to challenge the status quo
  • Understand the value of in-person collaboration and can be adaptable and resilient with all stakeholders.
