We're hiring a Contact Centre Sales Manager to lead a high-performing inbound, retention and business development operation. This is a key leadership role where you'll shape culture, coach the team, and deliver strong commercial results.
Lead and motivate a blended sales team across inbound, retention, outbound and BD
Drive sales performance, daily activity, conversion, pipeline quality and customer retention
Coach and develop Team Leaders and Advisors to improve sales behaviours and confidence
Maximise every contact through effective cross-sell, up sell and sales-through-service techniques
Build strong relationships internally and externally to drive commercial outcomes
Analyse data, trends and variances to identify growth opportunities and risks
Use CRM, MI dashboards and reporting tools to manage pipeline, churn, and forecasting
Support the MD with sales strategy, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
Reduce churn, increase share of wallet, and strengthen long-term customer relationships
Ensure team targets, KPIs, SLAs and quality measures are consistently achieved
You may currently be a Sales Manager, Team Manager, Contact Centre Manager, BDM Manager, Retention Manager or similar - but what matters most is your commercial edge and ability to deliver results.
We're looking for someone who is:
A confident, energetic, hands‑on leader with a track record in sales management
Experienced in contact centre, B2B or B2C sales (inbound/outbound/retention/BD)
Able to inspire high performance and hold teams accountable
Commercially sharp - comfortable with data, forecasting, pipelines and CRM
A strong communicator and relationship builder
Proactive, resilient and able to react quickly to opportunities and market shifts
Skilled at coaching teams to sell technical products, services and solutions
Analytical, target-driven, and highly organised
