A health service provider in Brighton is seeking a Member Services Assistant to provide exceptional support to members over the phone. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, resilience, and a desire to help others, managing a variety of enquiries effectively. A full-time salary of £26,000 is offered, with part-time options available after initial training. Hybrid working arrangements can be pursued post-probation.

Dealing with enquiries ranging from hearing loss to hip replacements, the role requires someone with resilience and empathy. Someone who can confidently lead members through our services to the best and most appropriate outcome for them. You’ll be an active and effective listener who can gather important information in difficult circumstances, and you’ll know how to ask the right questions at the right time—probing sensitively and purposefully to uncover the details that matter most.

A full induction program and on‑going training will provide you with an intimate knowledge and understanding of Benenden Health’s core product. There is a requirement to attend 6 weeks’ full‑time training Monday to Friday, 9am‑5pm, starting on 5th January 2026. You must be available for the whole training period and have no annual leave.
Part‑time hours of 22.5 hours min/3 days, would be considered, after the 6 weeks of full‑time training is completed. £26,000 Full‑Time Salary.
Hybrid working is available after a successful 6‑month probation period; the first 6 months will be fully office based.
