As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be supporting existing customers with a range of queries regarding their products and services; the role will be mainly telephone based and will be ensuring service level agreements are met and a high standard of customer care.
You will be updating customers details and data accordingly chasing up required documentation and handling any complex issues or complaints.
