A leading compliance and energy service provider in South Shields is seeking a Customer Service Administrator. In this role, you will manage customer interactions, coordinate job schedules, and handle administrative tasks while delivering excellent service within the social housing sector. Sureserve Compliance South delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. We are London’s largest, most successful gas contractor, focusing on long-term contracts with our clients to offer our staff job security and progression opportunities.
The purpose of the role is to act as the focal point of contact for our customers, providing a high level of customer service across multiple contracts and projects. You will have experience in customer service from a previous administration role, preferably working within social housing/construction.
