Job summary

Black Cherry Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Consumer Social Media Account Director for a leading Manchester digital and PR agency. Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, you will guide consumer social strategies across FMCG, sport, retail and lifestyle sectors.

You will manage a team of social specialists, nurture client relationships, and drive award-winning campaigns that deliver real changes in audience perception and behaviour.

Qualifications

• Experience leading consumer social media campaigns across earned, owned and paid media.
• Proven ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of influencer outreach and audience growth strategies.
• Ability to translate client briefs into actionable social media programs.

• Cultivate and manage client relationships, advising on marketing and social strategies.
