You will undertake a range of Trading Standards activities, providing technical expertise in consumer protection, investigating complaints, carrying out inspections, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

Qualifications

• Experience within Trading Standards, Consumer Protection, Regulatory Services, or related enforcement.
• Strong knowledge of consumer protection and trading standards legislation.
• Experience conducting investigations, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage a varied workload and deliver outcomes for consumers and businesses.
