You’ll play a key role in designing and managing research projects that uncover the truth behind audience behaviour and brand performance. You’ll liaise with research agencies, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure stakeholders are kept informed throughout. Your work will help Bauer make informed decisions about content, marketing, and strategic initiatives.

Your role

You’ll manage research projects and deliver insights that inform Bauer’s brand strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Develop research proposals and design questionnaires/discussion guides
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication
  • Liaise with research agencies and consultants to ensure successful delivery
  • Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and patterns
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings clearly
  • Conduct desk research and interpret RAJAR results
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign goals
The skills you will bring
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and draw conclusions

  • Project management experience, including timelines and budgets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint essential)
