• Design and deliver blended learning programmes for early careers and experienced professionals, both online and in-person.
• Review and refresh existing training content to maintain relevance, accuracy, and compliance with current standards.
• Convert business needs into practical learning experiences.
• Identify skills gaps and implement targeted training to support capability growth.
• Collaborate with technical experts and senior leaders to co-create innovative learning solutions and expand your professional network.
• Manage projects to ensure delivery of own work within agreed timeframes.
• Drive innovation and leverage digital technology tools.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, engaging learning content.
• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.

Qualifications

• CAA/ACA/CA qualification with a good knowledge of Risk and Governance systems and processes.
