Be responsible for delivering projects that drive maximum impact for our global clients, with the support of a Project Lead and Project Manager.
Develop strong client relationships and a nuanced understanding of their priorities to be able to support their growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across ERM to deliver integrated sustainability solutions.
Support the development of new and existing services in line with market needs - from contributing to thought leadership to building new capabilities.
Meaningfully contribute towards a learning environment that supports your development and the development of the team.
Educated to degree/master's degree level, preferably in a sustainability related field
Excellent written communication skills and ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling narratives
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, including developing well-structured presentations and managing or analysing complex datasets
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Excellent inter-personal skills, with both internal teams and client facing - including an ability to work in a collaborative environment and across disciplines
A creative approach to problem solving - with the ability to work through uncertainty to arrive at the best solutions for clients
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience in consulting (in the fields of sustainability, supply chain or procurement) is beneficial but not essential
