Job summary

ERM is seeking a capable consultant to join our Sustainable Products and Supply Chain practice in a role that focuses on delivering high-impact sustainability projects for a global client base. You will work with a Project Lead and Project Manager to ensure outcomes align with client priorities and strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Educated to degree/master's degree level
  • Excellent written communication skills and ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling narratives
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, including developing well-structured presentations and managing or analysing complex datasets
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Excellent inter-personal skills, with both internal teams and client facing - including an ability to work in a collaborative environment and across disciplines
  • A creative approach to problem solving - with the ability to work through uncertainty to arrive at the best solutions for clients
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in consulting (in the fields of sustainability, supply chain or procurement) is beneficial but not essential

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for delivering projects that drive maximum impact for our global clients, with the support of a Project Lead and Project Manager.
  • Develop strong client relationships and a nuanced understanding of their priorities to be able to support their growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across ERM to deliver integrated sustainability solutions.
  • Support the development of new and existing services in line with market needs - from contributing to thought leadership to building new capabilities.

  • Conducting and/or advising on supply chain ESG due diligence, risk assessments, and data analysis.

Role responsibilities
