We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Consultant Urologist to join our expanding and forward-thinking Urology Department on a Permanent contract. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a friendly, supportive and ambitious team committed to delivering high-quality patient-centred care across a broad range of urological services.
This newly created post reflects ongoing service development and investment within the department. The successful candidate will join an established team of five Consultant Urologists (three full-time and two part-time). The consultant team is further supported by an experienced Associate Specialist.
At middle grade level, the department benefits from a team of seven Registrars, including two specialist trainees from the South West Deanery, creating a vibrant training environment with strong educational links.

Consultants are key members of the Division and are accountable and responsible for leading changes to service that will improve the patient experience.
