As a key member of our delivery team, you will support clients through all aspects of business change. Working closely with clients and WSP colleagues, you will contribute to impactful change initiatives, manage project tasks and play a key role in successful delivery of project outcomes.

Your Responsibilities Will Include But Not Limited To

  • Facilitating the development of strategies and change plans.
  • Supporting the design of operating models and organisational structures.
  • Assisting with business process development.
  • Planning and delivering change initiatives.
  • Driving communication and engagement efforts.

You will be joining Transformation and Digital Insights team, a growing capability with big ambitions. Our projects are diverse, ranging from helping clients bring their sustainability strategies to life through their organisations and people, to supporting the implementation of digital solutions, or designing client organisations to drive growth and improvement. Each project offers unique challenges and the chance to deliver exceptional client experiences with a focus on sustainable results. Although geographically spread, we are a tightly connected team based in hubs across London, Manchester and Birmingham. This role also offers the unique opportunity to actively contribute to the growth strategy for Transformation at WSP. Your insights will help shape a high‑performing, market‑recognised advisory practice.

What We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate…

  • Experience delivering project activities independently but under direction as part of larger transformation programmes, with a focus on organisational design and or change management.
  • Hands‑on experience supporting advisory commissions, including project management elements and a solid foundational understanding of project commercials.
  • Some experience supervising and delivering through others on tasks.
  • A passion for contributing to transformation projects across our key sectors such as infrastructure, utilities, defence, energy or transportation, with ambitions to grow and develop.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • A keen interest in supporting business development activities and expanding your expertise in this area.
  • Relevant qualifications in Management Consulting or Change Management, with a practical interest in problem‑solving and change methodologies.
