Job summary

A leading law firm in Horsham is looking for a Head of Consultant Services, offering legal professionals the opportunity to earn up to 75% of their billing while working in a flexible consultancy model. Ideal candidates should be qualified solicitors or conveyancers with at least 4 years of PQE. This role allows you to choose your clients, set your fees, and control your workload, supported by nationwide offices and resources for business development.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of PQE in law practice or related field.
• Ability to manage and develop client relationships independently.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with clients effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal client portfolio working on fee sharing basis.
• Choose clients and control hours, fees, and volume of work.
