Overview

Head of Consultant Services @ Taylor Rose

We are seeking legal professionals who want to work on a consultancy, fee-sharing basis. Taylor Rose is a top 60 law firm with 25+ offices nationwide. You can work from home, from one of our offices, or both.

Compensation includes earning up to 75% of your billing (your split will not drop below 70%). You will have control over your clients, fees, hours, and volume of work.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultancy services on a fee-sharing basis for clients.
• Manage client relationships, billing, and service delivery in coordination with the firm’s systems and processes.
• Collaborate with the operations, legal support, and training teams to deliver effective client solutions.
• Utilize the firm’s CMS and electronic systems to support practice management and business development.

Qualifications

• Solicitors, FCILEx, or Licensed Conveyancers with 4+ years PQE (or equivalent).
• Ability to work independently with a client-focused mindset and strong record of professional conduct.
