Overview

Head of Consultant Services @ Taylor Rose

We are seeking legal professionals who want to work on a consultancy, fee-sharing basis. Taylor Rose is a top 60 law firm with 25+ offices nationwide. You can work from home, from one of our offices, or both.

Compensation includes earning up to 75% of your billing (your split will not drop below 70%). You will have control over your clients, fees, hours, and volume of work.

Responsibilities

Provide consultancy services on a fee-sharing basis for clients.
Manage client relationships, billing, and service delivery in coordination with the firm’s systems and processes.
Collaborate with the operations, legal support, and training teams to deliver effective client solutions.
Utilize the firm’s CMS and electronic systems to support practice management and business development.

Qualifications

Solicitors, FCILEx, or Licensed Conveyancers with 4+ years PQE (or equivalent).
Ability to work independently with a client-focused mindset and strong record of professional conduct.
