Job summary

Taylor Rose is seeking legal professionals with 3+ years PQE to join our consultancy on a fee-sharing basis. You can work from home, one of our offices, or both, and choose your own clients, fees, hours and volume of work.

Earn up to 75% of what you bill, with your split not dropping below 70%. We provide PII cover up to £20 million, access to nationwide offices, and a dedicated liaison team to support your practice.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in solicitors, FCILEx, or licensed conveyancers.
• Proven ability to win and manage clients.
• Strong negotiation and fee-tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a client base on a consultancy basis.
• Negotiate fees and terms with clients.
• Deliver legal services and oversight for assignments.
• Coordinate with the liaison team and offices nationwide.
