A real estate consultancy in Glasgow is seeking a proactive Consultant or Senior Consultant to join their team. You will work with clients to develop tailored real estate solutions, conduct research and analysis, and provide expert advice. Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years’ experience in the UK Real Estate sector and strong analytical skills. This role offers a hybrid working policy.

Turner & Townsend is seeking a proactive and resourceful Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our Real Estate Advisory team. In this role you will help clients think strategically about how their buildings could transform the way they work, including discussions with key decision-makers, data-driven analysis of real estate portfolios, and developing robust business cases to unlock funding opportunities. You will need to think on your feet, resolve complex problems, and maintain excellent attention to detail. Each client has unique requirements, challenges, and goals, so no two projects are the same.
Our Real Estate Advisory team operates nationwide across health, education, defence, local government, central government and commercial sectors. We work with senior leaders to unlock the full potential of client real estate assets, developing strategic vision and transforming challenges into opportunities for growth, innovation and long-term resilience. We support both public and private sector clients in making informed real estate change and investment decisions through Estate Strategies, Business Cases, Real Estate Asset Management and Workplace Consulting.
Must be flexible to travel as required and to work across a range of sectors. Turner & Townsend has a hybrid working policy.
