Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Consultant / Senior Consultant for its AI Factory team in the UK. You will translate business challenges into practical AI solutions, working across data, analytics and intelligent systems to deliver measurable client value.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to design usable AI products and orchestrate AI-ready data platforms, while supporting adoption and change across client organisations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in data, analytics, AI or digital transformation.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into practical data and AI solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery teams, with an understanding of product development principles.
  • Interest in how Generative AI, Agentic AI and automation can transform business processes and decision-making.
  • Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and AI applications.
  • AI orchestration frameworks e.g. LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Model Context Protocol (MCP).

  • Design and deliver data and AI use cases that drive client value.
  • Support deployment, adoption and change with clear recommendations for business users.
  • Collaborate with business, product, design and engineering teams to deliver practical solutions.
