A leading NHS teaching trust in Oxford is seeking a Radiology Consultant to provide imaging services across various modalities including ultrasound, MRI, CT, and fluoroscopy. The role involves working at multiple hospital sites and requires qualifications such as FRCR or equivalent and experience in MSK. Candidates must demonstrate strong decision-making ability and leadership skills, along with a commitment to the Trust's values of compassion and excellence in patient care.
There are multi-disciplinary meetings for sarcoma, spine, trauma, sports, rheumatology, bone infection and specialist orthopaedics. The post holder will provide imaging across the full range of modalities including ultrasound, MRI, CT and fluoroscopy. Ability to perform image‑guided intervention such as biopsy and injections is also a requirement. The post holder will work across site at the Horton and Oxford Hospitals. It is a condition of the appointment that the post holder will be willing to work in any of the Trust's locations although travel between sites will be remunerated.
