Job Description

Direct Medics are working in partnership with this NHS Trust to find an experienced and dedicated consultant to fulfil this general adult psychiatry role based in the beautiful Argyll and Bute area, close to the city of Glasgow, providing a comprehensive service for the working‑age adult population of the area.

Locum roles with Direct Medics are a great way of enhancing your earning potential as well as working with some of the most professional and successful mental health teams in the country. This role is ideally looking for a full‑time psychiatrist, working Monday to Friday, 9‑5, with 1 in 8 on‑call responsibilities, from July 2025 to at least October 2025.

Essential Requirements

• Valid GMC registration with full licence to practice
• Right to work in the UK
• Minimum 6 months of medical experience in this role or a similar role within the UK
• Must be AMP approved
