Priory Hospital Bristol is looking to recruit a Consultant Psychiatrist Male PICU/Medical Director to join the team. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week.
Priory Hospital Bristol is an elegant 18th century country residence set in beautiful parkland close to the centre of Bristol, less than 5 minutes away from the M32 leading directly onto the M4/M5 motorway.
We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Psychiatrist with MRCPsych (or equivalent), Section 12(2) and Approved Clinician status, and CCT (or equivalent), who is listed on the GMC specialist register and recognised in their clinical specialty. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years' experience working at Consultant level, with proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across hospital or community settings. You will have a track record of contributing to service change and improvement at a senior level, supported by strong leadership and influencing skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, innovative, patient-centred care. A flexible and positive team-orientated approach is essential, along with a commitment to values-based and evidence-based practice. Leadership and management training, or a willingness to undertake this, will be expected.
