Responsibilities

• Consultant leadership and psychiatric input into the acute inpatient unit at the Cavell centre.
• Work with the multidisciplinary team and establish liaison with community teams.
• Supervision and teaching of junior doctors and residents; involvement in MDT and formulation meetings.
• Take on management responsibilities and participate in service development within the trust.
