A healthcare organization is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to lead a multi-disciplinary team. The role involves managing complex patient needs, developing clinical skills, and contributing to research and teaching. Consultant Psychiatrist completing CCT within the next 6 months.
Location: Northampton or Birmingham.
Full Time (part time / full time / flexible working will be considered).
Starting Salary up to £135,000 depending on experience.
Suitable for someone due to complete their psychiatry CCT in the next 6 months.
Lead a multi‑disciplinary team and oversee the management of patients with often complex needs.
Develop and strengthen clinical experience while having the chance to develop research and clinical ideas.
Promote innovation and improvement of services, with scope to develop specialist interests and grow responsibilities.
Lead up to date treatments, undertake non‑clinical activities of interest such as research, teaching, governance and management, and influence the direction of services to achieve best patient outcomes.
£125,000 to £135,000 a year plus 41 days leave (including bank holidays).
